My CPAP was supposed to sort out my chronic exhaustion, to deal with the sleep apnea and let me get a good night's sleep. But a year, on I am still overwhelmingly exhausted...

I'm pretty much convinced that the world spins faster than it did; or that there are fewer hours in the day. Maybe the modern minute is shorter than it used to be (much like a Twix), and seconds have been subtly downgraded to nanoseconds. So I put back in one small meal and I've hit a plateau. I've been here twelve days so far.  The Green Zone (the bit on the BMI chart where you're the right weight for your height) is a tantilising 1-2lbs away, but continues to elude me.  In the grand scheme of things, being stuck at ten and a half stone (147lbs) is much better than being stuck at ( Read more... )
